The VOG Tunisia Fleet is a sailing rally whose goal is to promote shared, fun, and friendly recreational sailing. As a result, it contains no \u201ccompetitive\u201d elements\u2014that is, no starting or finishing lines, no rankings based on athletic performance criteria, and no use of the Racing Rules of Sailing, Special Offshore Regulations, or any other federal or class rules."}
